📄 Refund Policy
We are committed to transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited.
1. Assessment Fees
Initial assessment or intake fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
2. Prepaid Services
If services are paid in advance and canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice, a partial refund may be available. Administrative fees may apply.
3. No Refunds for Missed Services
We do not offer refunds for missed or unused services unless cancellation was made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
